About

I became a pharmacist because I was fascinated by the science of healing — how molecules become medicines, and how those medicines change lives. But early in my career, I found myself equally drawn to another question: how do you bring those medicines to the world?

That question led me to pursue a Masters in Innovation Management, where I explored how organizations in science-driven industries create, scale, and sustain meaningful change. It gave me a language for things I had always observed but couldn't fully articulate — the friction between discovery and delivery, the human side of regulatory processes, the gap between what's possible and what gets built.

Today I work at the intersection of pharmaceutical science and business innovation, with experience across pharma companies and CROs. I'm drawn to problems that sit at that boundary — where deep scientific knowledge and strategic thinking are both necessary, and where getting it right actually matters.
